Hold for 10 seconds, and then return to starting position. As you get stronger, hold for a longer period of time, then eventually make this move on your feet (as opposed to kneeling position).
Stability Ball Mini-Implementation
Kneel on the floor and clasp your hands. Put your hands on a stability ball. Keep your body straight and abs tight. Promote and roll your hands on the ball when the ball leaves his body.
Try to implement at 6-12 inches. Be sure to keep your body as straight as possible. You will feel a nice stretch in the abs. Return to starting position and repeat. Start with 5 repetitions and gradually build up to 10 repetitions. To begin, include one of these movements at the end of regular weight training sessions.
